I've been waiting for this movie since I saw the first one in theaters. I hope it kicks as much ass as the trailer alludes and the first movie did.

Meagan Foxx is the hottest women alive(or ever for that matter). That being said if this movie is as good as the effects then it will by far be the best movie this summer and if not at least damn close to it.

lol, nice, but I posted that like the day after they premiered the trailer. So a lot of people hadn't seen it at the time.

The one thing that i don't like about the trailer is when Shia tell Megan that he made a "log distance relationship kit" so they could keep in contact "24/7", and she says "Cute." There is no way a her character looking and acting like she does is stoked to by tied down like that to a nerd so far away, the line seems out of character.

Hell no.

And the only reason she would put up with a long distance relationship with that nerd is because he has a fleet of giant super robots that could basically get him what ever he wants. Wouldn't you put up with somethin' like that to be associated with the Autobot resistance? If the world were ever to be attacked by another super race, you would be priority on the saving list.

I agree with Paradox. As enjoyable as the first movie was and the second probably will be, I think they could've done a much cooler story without the cliche of "some young shithead stumbles upon something important and is swept into an epic storyline in spite of being a worthless shithead".

Shia Lebouf is cool, granted, but his character isn't very inventive. The main character of these movies should've been some badass dude working with the robots for whatever reason.

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I'm tired of that cliche.

That is a good point. I am also kinda of shocked that in the preview he doesn't take his amazing-robot-alien-car that can change into any car he wants, to college with him. Why wouldn't you? There is no downside! Its not like it can get stolen.

i agree 100%, you would have to be brain dead to not take a robot-alien-car to college with you, its just not believable. As far as the whole long distance relationship thing though i agree with gh05tf0x on this one, i would stay in very close contact with the person that is the main link to the "good robots" that save the world from destruction no matter who the person was.

Especially since it can turn into any fucking car/vehicle/possible thing you want it too.

Of course you would keep in close contact with someone who kept a circle of giant robots as friends. My point is their romance in the movie isn't suppose to be forced like that; she is not suppose to want him for his robots, its suppose to be the Hollywood concept of love. So since she isn't trying to cozy her way up to him cause he has robots she is suppose to be speaking naturally. I don't think the line sounds natural. It sounds very fake and forced, exactly how its not suppose to sound. Or that is just my take on it.
